Preparing App for iTunesConnect

I'm readying my app (finally) to submit to the iTunesConnect. I was looking over the How-To's (there's an old one from 2011), but what I wanted to know was: - anything specific to do to prep the app from a Buzztouch point of view? i.e. I've made changes to the app after downloading the source code, and also changes in the control panel, so does that mean we need to copy the control panel configuration data text into the BT_config.txt? - what about installing the p.12 certificate for Scringo? Anyone else do this? - do we still need the launch screens in XCode if we use a splash screen plugin? - anything else I haven't mentioned but you found you needed to do? Thanks Steve

What I do know. 1. Push the publish button. 2. Copy the configuration data from the 'live mode data' version on the BT CP into the BT_config file in your project.

@NadTheVlad. Thanks. Anything else? Have you used Scringo and the p.12 certificate for Scringo? Cheers

I haven't used either of those. My only advice is to pay attention to the stuff in the itunes connect portal. You may need to enable 'stuff' (gamecenter, push, ads) again in the portal.

With the launch image/splash screen thing, it doesn't really matter! If you want to use the transitions you may have set in the control panel, use splash screens. You can have both. The splash screen is just a static image to wait for the application to load. A splash screen is a delay screen (which can include transitions and movies) once the app has opened.

@Annandale Apps. I thought I saw on the Apple launch image sizes page that "launch" images are required. Our splash screen plugin is different. So, my question is: has anyone had to add "launch" images into Xcode if they already use the Splash screen plugin to create a splash screen? Cheers

You only need to upload the .p12 to Scringo if you are using them for push notifications. Have you already generated your push certificate in the dev center?
