Reviews dearly wanted: New App release

Hi all fellow Buzztouchers, Good News! I have got an app for a client released (It's actually my first app on this platform). I went through a lot with 3 failed submissions at apple, and learned a lot from them (first time: Don't use apple's graphics or icons or anything resembling them, 2nd time: Use more native controls, 3rd time: Use even more native controls!). At last I wrote a completely new plugin for the fourth submission in order to be sure they won't reject this last time. I also used a tab bar system and a quiz screen, and took out all my other screens like an rss webview, make calls item, send sms item, about us html doc, share app via email option, and even the map. I figured apple just gets confused when there are lots of menu items and they prefer your app to do just one thing. That said, I was finally given the green light. I wanted to send the links to you guys but thought best to get my landing pages and launch up and running first so you can feel the complete package. So please give it a roll and let me know what you think. Any bugs, problems or hoorays would be of much use. Your reflections will help a lot. Thanks. Oh by the way, thanks to Buzztouch I have it on both platforms. And I am also packing the plugin as we speak into a plugin package to submit to the plugin market for everyone. Main Client website: http://goo.gl/nO5zo App Landing page (completely responsive design): http://goo.gl/9A37b iTunes Link: http://goo.gl/mMdpj Google Play link: http://goo.gl/nM6cM (Sorry the app is not in English though. I'm sure you'll be able to get around.) I would especially like to thank David and the whole BT clan for drastically simplifying my presence in the mobile app industry through an authentic learning experience, not through cheats and copy coding! I have been able to support my financial expenses through this channel alone in the last few months, and have learned enough to get myself to much better positions in the industry. Thanks to you all! the "WebNevees"

Great design...your landing page also looks very professional. How did you create the folding page look for the iPhone screenshots? Just left a 5-star review. Well done :-)

You should probably put the links into your profile page, so that more people may see what apps are you making. I took a look at the app, but I couldn't understand a word, except that it was some kind of a financial calculator.

Nice work. Very impressive. Love the cross platforms screens and the Android version is gorgeous. Do wish I could understand it more, but no reason I can't leave a nice review as requested! Keep up the good work, can't wait to see what you cook up next :)

@MrDavid, ATRAIN, chris, mleaonard, Steve, Dusko Thanks for the reviews and positive notes (esp. That Dude Mann!). Sorry it wasn't in English, I'll just point out some of the screens and the features used. The menu icons are all in the same order in both iOS and Android, except for one plugin which is the second last icon and looks like a wallet on a globe. So the descriptions will hold up for both platforms: -First menu item is an html doc which uses HTML5's localstorage and javascript xml parsing to download, save, and display currency exchange rates from a remote server xml file. It detects rise and fall of the rate and displays it in colors red, green, and silver (no change). -2nd Menu item: It's a map screen which has a "fallback" functionality. It shows a map from the web and when offline, it displays a custom made html page with small map images so we have functionality whether offline or online. Also tells the user that we are offline, hence they will not be viewing the actual content, but a special version of it. -8th menu item (the blue i icon) is the about us page. It is using JQuery Mobile. -9th menu item (the light blue plus icon) is a signup form which has been integrated with mailchimp for newsletter signup. -11th menu item: is the new plugin I wrote to be able to give the app some more pzazz so Apple doesn't whine about not having enough native stuff. I also put in a quiz, but my client didn't like that idea too much! Ok these were its distinctive features from the normal buzztouch stuff we all know. Oh and all the customURL screens which need to pull data from the web use the "fallback" method I told you. I'd be happy to put up a document about that if it interests anyone. Thanks again for the reviews. The 5stars and the reviews in the stores really mean a lot. If you see any glitches please let me know. -

@BuzzingSteve: I am not sure which folding page you are talking about, but I think you mean the ones on the iphone screens in the gallery and in the mockups. In that case you're in luck because it's really easy to do. All you need to do is to go to the Debug menu in the simulator you use when you run your app on Xcode, and select "Toggle Slow Animations". Then its just a matter of pressing command+s while changing screens in your app. Of course you have to set the transition effects as curl in this case. Thats it. Thanx for the review and stars.
