I just posted the second meeting of the BuzztouchAbility meetup group on Events and Webinars. We had such a great meeting yesterday, that we all decided we wanted to meet again in one week so we could make quick progress. We want to dress up our Facebook page, work on our website, and put together some How-To's for making apps for people with a disability. This group is not limited to a focus on people who are "certified" as disabled. Our focus will be on anyone who has any type of life challenge that can be helped with mobile technology. For example, we want to be a support to people who are facing a major illness or other life challenges. One specific goal we have is to help people with a disability learn to make apps. LA has volunteered to be a mentor. If you know of anyone who would be a good candidate for this type of mentoring, please let LA or me know. Here is a link to our Facebook page.
