Keyword Rankings for iPhone and iPad apps

Does anyone know what this means? Applyzer.com offers a "Keyword Rankings for iPhone and iPad apps" I have no idea what this is... Thanks

It looks like an App ranking service, similar to 'App Annie' which is what I use. Basically it just keeps track of the number of downloads of your app in the stores, and updates you periodically. It can provide statistics of various nature, such as device types, regions, OS versions, things like that that may assist you in a marketing plan. Your app, if there are enough downloads, will get a ranking similar to songs on a music chart; most popular for the week of blah blah blah... "Keyword Ranking" is sort of a new concept for me, although I suppose that could affect search results as well. When submitting to the Apple App Store, you have 100 characters (or so) to create searchable keywords for your app... it would be nice to know which are the more 'used' keywords for the type of apps we create... I'm not sure if I want to invest in that kind of service yet. I may in the future; it's not an issue for my market just yet. Cheers! -- Smug
