YouTube back button?

I have an app that uses a custom URL plugin. I have it referencing a YouTube site. I have it setup in the CP to have a lower back button. When I go into the YouTube site in the app the back button does not work. If I choose the back button up top it takes you all the way to the apps main screen. Any ideas? It's a 2.0 ios app.

I have a youtube link in a customURL which works fine on an iPhone, but on iPad when pressing the BACK button, it goes back as it should but the youtube audio continues... most annoying!

I have both these problems occurring in the custom URL plugin. I think that the lower back button doesn't work in Youtube as their code is served using Ajax, which makes it difficult for the code within the Buzztouch app to track the changes. There was a thread about stopping the audio, but no conclusive technique to implement it. It would be great to figure this one out as its a real pain, it should stop automatically stop when navigating away from the page. Also when you navigate from video to another you can't play the new video with the audio still playing. The only way to stop the sound if you can't navigate back to the original video and press stop is to press the home button and start the app again. Only way I can sell it is to say its for 'background audio listening' whist you browse the rest of the app, but that's pretty lame really !

found this post which might help for the back button.. http://stackoverflow.com/questions/4343654/uiwebview-webviewdidstartload-webviewdidfinishload-delegate-methods-not-called?rq=1 basically the problem described is the same youtube issue for navigating, and the fix is to use a timer, have added this to webview.h @property (nonatomic, retain) NSTimer*timer; but haven't figured out how to get the rest of the code to integrate into the webview.m yet. Any feedback would be appreciated
