Xcode Error

Has anyone run into this before or know how to fix this? ld: 18 duplicate symbols for architecture i386 clang: error: linker command failed with exit code 1 (use -v to see invocation) I get this after lots of duplicate code coming before it. I went to stackoverflow to see if others had similar issue, but didn't find any quick solutions. Can someone please help me?

this is what it is duplicating. duplicate symbol _OBJC_METACLASS_$_BT_navigationController in: /Users/JC/Library/Developer/Xcode/DerivedData/b4b-ajidqtanqyieuzccbfqfrzaswlpl/Build/Intermediates/b4b.build/Debug-iphonesimulator/b4b.build/Objects-normal/i386/BT_navigationController-95F7446564F9F455.o

With only that information, there isn't a whole lot to go on. My first suggestion would be to 'clean' your project. This will clear out the 'derived data' and allow a fresh compile to replace it. If it still continues, then yes, you have an issue in your app project. When you downloaded your project from BT, there is a 'instruction.pdf' file that is bundled with the zip file. Make sure you follow those directions; there are some steps that cannot be skipped. Cheers! -- Smug

Agree with Smug - first click the "clean" option. If that doesn't work, check out this how-to for how to give us more information: https://www.buzztouch.com/files/howtos/exception%20debugging%20how-to.pdf

I can't thank you enough for the time you spend helping people like myself out. I really appreciate it. I got it to work. I had no idea you could "clean" it.
