Error Uploading/Installing a Plugin

Anyone get this error when trying to upload/install a plugin? Manually unzipping and copying it into the right folder works fine. http://postimg.org/image/rma5upf6b/ Thanks Steve

What you describe is not uncommon, it happens on some plugins but only a few, most are OK. It isn't the plugin itself, I think some zip file utilities that are used to make zip images must be more compatible than others.

Hmm - that looks like my plugin. If so, I used Yemuzip, which I do for all my plugins. Not sure what's going on there Steve.

Hi, @chris: are you sure there are no hidden files in the zip? If I remember correctly, i used to have some hidden mac files in the zip and that gave troubles on installing plugins on some servers. Best Regards, Danny Btw yemuzip is the way to go!

@PSMDanny. You're right, there was a ".Mac..." Hidden folder. Maybe that was causing an issue. I know I deleted that after uploading manually and before doing a refresh. @Chris1. Yes, that's your plugin you sent for testing. But, it looks like the advanced menu with image.
