They are 100% transparent you see if you sell installs to others you are basically showing users on your app other app. When they install that app you get paid 100%profit. If you want to buy installs you are paying all of the app owners who allow new apps to be advertized. The third option is exchanging. This doesnt give you money or cost anything.
