iAd IAP and WebViews. Making them work together?

First and foremost I would like to say that i want to use IAd for now. However I may use something alternately later. I have a few problems I have come across and it would be very helpful for your help! Thank you! I am working on an application that is free, this app will not have a "pro version" as another app. I want it so they can just remove the ad. Anyways I want to point out some things I want to do with iAd. But before the in app purchase needs to be made I want to make some modifications to the custom HTML and HTML doc plugin screens. From what information I have gathered, a webviw is created. Instead of adding extra line breaks at the bottom of each page I want it so the web view is pushed up the height of the actual banner. For example if you have a page, and a tab bar with a navigation bar you can see that the webveiw starts below the nav bat and ends before the tab bar. I want it so the view height is a little smaller (subtract the height of the ad from the height of the view) so that the bottom of the content is above the ad. I don't want content going under the ad. Also this app will not be landscape for iPhone which should make it easier . Once that Is made I need to create an in app purchase so that when the purchase has completed the ads will be removed perminantly > AND < the height of the view on a custom HTML and HTML doc plugins are restored back to the regular height. That way there isn't a white gap where the ad used to be. This would literally solve almost all of the problems I have with this app. If you need a better explanation please ask. Thank you so much!

I thought enabling iAD automatically pushes the webview up?
