NavBar shape

I am using BT2.0 the navBar, the default navbar has a 3D rectangular shape. How can I change it to have a more spherical(curved) look, as almost all NavBars.

Not sure what you mean by 3D rectangular shape... Could you provide a couple screen shots of what you want and what you have? -tM

A screenshot of what you're trying to achieve would definitely be helpful here.

So is it the gradient background you're after?

notice the shape of the nave bar..still want a shaded light color at the to and a darker color at the bottom of the bar, but not that triangular sharp edged look... Guys it it also possible to make the TabBar text and icons, to make one step closer to each other towards the middle on each tab? right now there text is scraping the bottom and the icons scraping the top, looks a bit tacki

Oh by the way, i followed your 2012 instructions to get the TabBar color... would be ice to get a hack to do it from the BT2.0 control panel, so that wei don't have to do it in all the apps we make

Should be able to add an ImageView to the navbar to achieve the look you want. For the tabbar, see my reply to your pm

Hi Chris, This screenshot demonstrates two things: 1. The navBar style i need, spherical (instead of the rectangular default one shown in the previous screenshot above) 2. The image logo on the NavBar i am requesting. I made that app using another platform sometime ago.

Still not sure I understand what you mean by spherical. The screenshot you shared shows a navbar that still looks like a rectangle. Unless you mean the gradient background on it - in which case, that should be an easy mod to make by adding an ImageView. Here, you'll need two ImageView's on the navbar - one for the background gradient image, and one for the logo in the middle.

oddly enough, the bad url (with 4 w's) worked just fine in my browser! ;) Guess Firefox is smart enough for typos.

Got the PM - but most of that looks like what I addressed in my previous reply to you via PM. Did you ever get that? I resent it earlier today.
