I followed directions for pointing htmlpro to custom htnl page, found item id, btapp link and screen to link to. When i test it, it cant find page link bt-app:item id. I followed instructions from one of the forum posts. Error loading page. What else could be done to make it find the custom html page?

It says: Something's not right, error loading screen, trouble understanding what to display, Webpage bt-app:A958....

First make your html file... and make the text or the picture you want to use as a button then go to the html pro plugin and select the screen you will use as a destination for the text/image button return to your html file and edit the link examble : i had one picture in my html file that i wanted to use it as a buuton to call a number the code i used was this one : <br> </span> <a title="call Taxi" href="bt-app:6B9471864AFE56DFDB66BAB"><img src="call.png"></a><br> if the html file is loaded in the assets/BT_Docs folder in your app and the html pro plugin has the right name of this html file.. then it should work
