Cannot create a new provisioning profile

I've logged in and created both a APN Development and APN Production certificate. I'm now trying to create a provisioning profile, but it keeps telling me "no certificates available" and then sends me back to make a new one... LOL! Any idea why this might be happening? I believe it simple "connected" to the apn ones somehow... I hope!
