I'm sorry if this has been posted before. I have not been able to find anywhere on this site that allows the user to interact with a form. I.e. if a customer goes to a location, they can log something about the location and store it on their phone to recall it at a later time. Another for example: i went to the grocery store and bought milk, store that brand and type of milk in my phone and recall that at a later date. I believe this is refferred to as a form. Is this possible? If so, where on this site or which plug in takes care of this issue? Also, this may be too advanced for this site but does this site contain location based alerts. What I'm looking for is in the previous example if im at the grocery store and i previously logged that i liked a certain type of milk a pop up alert would show when i enter the grocery store saying i liked that type of milk the last time i was there. Thanks for any info!

The form plug in I believe may be coming in a few weeks. There is nothing in the market in reference to the alert plug in you describe. However you could always to a stab at trying to create one like it. There may be some others here on bt that you could contract for it too.
