Group Chat & Hangout Tools

Anyone using HipChat for handouts & 1-1 communications? They have iOS & Android apps. More at: www.HipChat.com. And free for a team of up to 5. Anyone using Google+ for the same? What do you prefer, and why? Steve

I really like using Google hangouts. Cross platform and easy to use. -Shane

Sounds great Shane. I haven't used Google+ hangouts much. Will have to give it a whirl :-)

No problem. The other nice thing is that it is tied to Google. Most people have a Google account of some sort. One less account you have to sign up for. Shane

hipchat looks interesting, but I don't see a screenshare option. Also, Google hangout is free, which is better than not free (even if hipchat is pretty cheap).
