Another Newbie Submit to Apple Question

I have an iOS Apple business developer account setup, had another development company submit an app to Apple under my business developer account. Now I want to submit a new app to Apple (that I developed here at BT), can I use the same Development and Distribution Certificates? Sorry, but I am so new at this it is all so confusing. Thanks for any help.

Hi, I've developed and submitted only one app with my personal account so far, so not really sure if you need one Development and one Distribution certificate for all apps you'll develop with that account ( I think yes, from reading the attached link), but you probably have done code signing for testing on a device and the provisioning files and other stuff for push notification setup, etc, in Xcode, so that's probably a good indicator of the validity of those credentials for this BT app. http://developer.apple.com/library/ios/#documentation/IDEs/Conceptual/AppDistributionGuide/CodeSigningYourApps/CodeSigningYourApps.html Try going through the process in iTunesConnect and let me know how it goes ;) Francisco

You will be able to use the same account, as long as it is in your control. The certificates and profiles don't really matter, as long as you have them. It's really just to prove that you have an account with Apple.
