Android In App Purchasing

I know this question is a recurring one on BT, but I suspect some of the discussions are outdated. I am building an app based around pilates... lots of advice/theory and a couple of free videos. I have a catalog of in depth videos that are currently only available as part of a subscription website. I would like to offer these videos for individual purchase via my BT app. Ideally, is there a way I can lock a BT screen out until the purchase has been made. This way, once on that screen I can offer the choice (links) of streaming or download. The purchase must be persistent/remembered which make me think the login plugin could be of use. What are my options atm? I have discovered zooz but I dont know how it might work with my app, or how to implement it. Thanks Rik

it exists just like iOS. I'm not using it myself - but i did come across a couple of articles really bashing it when I was looking at some sample code to possibly implement it- This one about the restore and delivery failure rate kept getting referenced: http://www.nbcnews.com/technology/technolog/android-app-purchase-system-robs-users-118001 But even worse were the links to a freedom.apk that you can use on a rooted device to cirmcumvent in app completely... so it's like the first issue kills average, paying Android users the second issue is why Android people hate iOS, you cant root iOS.
