There was a problem parsing the JSON result?

I am getting the subjected error when trying to download the source or my app from my hosting. It worked last time i tried but that was a little overa month ago. now it doesnt seem to be working? Something i have done, or a known issue on BT side at the moment? THanks Steve ** UPDATE ** My PHP config on hosting - allow_url_fopen = On icon uploaded at icon.jpg JSON validation - Results = Valid JSON Still get the error

No issues on this end (that we're aware of). Where are you seeing this: "There was a problem parsing the JSON result?" Not sure what subjected error "subjected error" is? Not sure if you're referring to a message in your control panel when trying to package / download a project or a message you're seeing when you run the app on the simulator or a device. What happens when you use the JSON Config data screen in your control panel? If this JSON loads, maybe copy it to your mouse (all of it) and paste it in the JSON validator tool at http://jsonlint.com/ That tool helps find JSON formatting errors.

Thanks for the response David. Let me try and explain more.... Subjected error - basically means the error in the subject of the forum post :) Basically. When i am trying to download the source code, and choose to package for iOS, i get the spinner as its starting to package, then i am shown with the error. This is in my self hosted control panel. Not in the simulator as i cannot get that far. Something Went Wrong. There was a problem parsing the JSON result? Hyperlink> Show the error message so I can try to figure out what happened! <Hyperlink Clicking on the hyperlink gives me a blank screen. When i go to JSON config screen, i see all of my JSON data. I have pasted this in the JSON validation tool and i get the result "Results = Valid JSON" This worked for me last time i tried (early march) but not now. I haven't been on it since due to other commitments. Ive not changed my hosting (unless my hosting have changed something there end) but haven't got a clue how i would troubleshoot? I hope this explains my situation abit more? Thanks Steve

OK, got it, makes total sense. Laughing a bit about the subject error. Duh! I've sent you an email with an alternative file to use in place of this: BT-server/bt_v15/bt_app/bt_appDownload_AJAX.php Bet it works. See email.
