If you were to outsource it, my first suggestion would be to try and find someone from within buzztouch to accomodate your needs; no one knows buzztouch like a buzztoucher. If you try and hire someone from outside of the BT community, ensure they are familiar with the 'BuzzTouch Philosophy' with respect to plugins, php/control panel interaction, and so on. You could also, depending on your skill level, snoop through the repositories of github and google code to see if something similar has already been accomplished. Converting an existing project into a BT plugin is a bit of a challenge, but it's usually easier than creating from scratch. Hope this helps! The other question to ask yourself is "do I want to use this in multiple apps?" If not, outsourcing on odesk/freelancer/etc might be your cheapest way to do it. But if you do think you'll use it on multiple apps, then you'll want a true Buzztouch plugin, and you're better off finding a Buzztouch developer to do it.
