Hi, Not sure I understand... Do you want to disable swipe and just open with a button? In that case, please call [ScringoAgent pauseSwipe]; Just after the call to [ScringoAgent startSession...]; (I assume it's for iOS...) Elon

In case if you want it for android then put the following code in the onCreate method.. //Scringo service scringo.setLogLevel(ScringoLogLevel.SCRINGO_LOG_LEVEL_DEBUG); scringo.setIcon(ScringoIcon.PERSON); scringo.init(); ((ScringoLeftRibbonButton) findViewById(R.id.activationRibbonLeft)).setScringo(scringo);

I implemented all of scringo into the app, run it and the console says it is working, but when iOS simulator or my iPhone run the application the slide gesture doesn't work. I know I am sliding right because I tested the sample project. I have all the required frameworks and I have my app registered on scringo, and have tested multiple ways in integrating it. I don't understand

i had similar problems... i took a few days out, then tried again and it all worked fine. I've just looked through my app delegate.m and heres some copy/paste from it. double check the frameworks in yourproject_appDelegate.m : #import <Scringo/ScringoAgent.h> _____________________________________ then further down where it has: //didRegisterForRemoteNotificationsWithDeviceToken... -(void)application:(UIApplication*)applicationdidRegisterForRemoteNotificationsWithDeviceToken:(NSData*)deviceToken{ [BT_debugger showIt:self theMessage:[NSString stringWithFormat:@"didRegisterForRemoteNotificationsWithDeviceToken: Device Token: %@", deviceToken]]; ADD THIS AS THE NEXT LINE [ScringoAgent didRegisterForRemoteNotificationsWithDeviceToken:deviceToken]; _____________________________________________________ and again, //didFailToRegisterForRemoteNotificationsWithError... -(void)application:(UIApplication*)application didFailToRegisterForRemoteNotificationsWithError:(NSError*)error{ [BT_debugger showIt:self theMessage:[NSString stringWithFormat:@"didFailToRegisterForRemoteNotificationsWithError: ERROR: %@", error]]; ADD AS THE NEXT LINE: [ScringoAgent didFailToRegisterForRemoteNotificationsWithError:error]; _________________________________________________________ THEN: //didReceiveRemoteNotification.. -(void)application:(UIApplication *)application didReceiveRemoteNotification:(NSDictionary *)userInfo{ [BT_debugger showIt:self theMessage:[NSString stringWithFormat:@"didReceiveRemoteNotification %@", @""]]; ADD: [ScringoAgent didReceiveRemoteNotification:userInfo]; _________________________________________________________ at around line 550 //app parsed it's configuration data ADD(obviously put ur own appid in there): [ScringoAgent startSession:@"YOURSCRINGOAPPID" locationManager:nil]; [ScringoAgent setTestMode:NO]; __________________________________________________________ DOWN THE BOTTOM OF THE PAGE, but above the //dealloc... -(BOOL)application:(UIApplication *)application handleOpenURL:(NSURL *)url { return [ScringoAgent handleOpenURL:url]; } __________________________________________________________ hopefully that'll get it running. I'm new to this myself, so there may better ways of doing the above, but its working.

For some reason it keeps complaining that my app id is invalid... IT was copied directly, and i even varivied it multiple times by reading it off. I even createrd a new app and verified the new id it still diddnt like the id.

This is so frustrating, seriously is anyone else having any problems? - All frameworks are there - Carefully integrated with the instructions above - ID is correct - Internet connected WHAT IS WRONG!!!
