scrolling issue

How do you change the scrolling on BTA Menu Design??? It works on one screen but on another one it doesnt... I didnt see an option in by buzztouch control panel to change... right now it just snaps back to the top of the menu when I scroll down

Hi, Thanks for using this plugin. This is something I've never see. Could you make a screencast to get a better detail of what is happening. Best Regards, Danny

okay... it is ipad only that is having the issue.... I dont have the screenshots on me now=( But I can describe the issue.... Basically if you have a long menu it acts as if there is only a couple tabs at the top and so when you scroll down it just bounces back to the top of the screen as if there was no more tabs below... I was hoping their was a manual way of changing the issue in the code since it may not be compatible for iPads

Hey Danny It works fine with the iphone no issues... With the ipad i would scroll up for the menu listings and when i get to the last menu i have to hold my finger going up to read it otherwise it will snap back to the top listing... IPAD only

Ok guys, Thanks for the explanation. Again this is a iPhone only plugin and as stated in the manual I, unfortunately, can give no support on iPad. I hope I can solve this in the future but for now the plugin is what it is. Best regards, Danny

PSMDanny, Dont know if this will help, but I created a larger menu and it scrolls just fine until the last couple tabs and then snaps up a couple inches.... it is as if it doesnt recognize the screen dimensions that are necessary to see the last tab or two... The Reason we thought it snapped to the top was because we only had a couple tabs on a menu, however on longer tabs it is fine untill the last couple tabs.... Does it have something to do with UIScrollView or cell height? thanks

HI, This specicif 'problem' has probably something to do with the header image. Try to not use a header image and see how it responds. Also have a look at this. This should also work for iPad (apply the same code a couple of lines above) <a href="http://www.bt-addons.com/discussions/25-the-design-menu-plugin/87-design-menu-auto-resize-iphone-4-and-iphone-5.html" target="_blank" rel="nofollow">http://www.bt-addons.com/discussions/25-the-design-menu-plugin/87-design-menu-auto-resize-iphone-4-and-iphone-5.html</a> Best Regards, Danny

SIMPLE SOLUTION: Change header to scrollable... if it is set to not scrollable it cuts off that much screen at bottom of menu.... THANK SO MUCH!!
