Profile screen plugins

Hello, I was wondering if there's some useful plugin I could use for a "My Profile" screen where the app user can enter some information such as name, age, preferences, etc? Would be great if the plugin would feature some fields for the above. Another plugin I'm looking for is a more sophisticated profile screen which could be used by a venue so it should look a bit nicer (maybe a picture and some extra space for contact details, description and a nice title for it. Any suggestions? Cheers

I have a plugin coming out to do just this! It works with my Webform Generator plugin that will be coming out, so that users can save their info to the profile page and it will automatically populate on the webform page(s). You'll be able to create whatever fields you want/need, including images and labels.
