Thumbnails in RSS iOS

I had to make some changes on a website where the RSS is originating, and now the thumbnail isn't showing up for the new posts, however I can see them in the RSS feed. In the RSS plugin, I was using - enclosure - under Image XML Element. But that's not working now. would anyone be able to tell me if there is something else I should be using rather than enclosure. Thanks. here's the problem RSS, feed://pipes.yahoo.com/pipes/pipe.run?_id=6ac2436ec9cc3512d5e592a5b384f04d&_render=rss

Not seeing the rss feed. Yahoo pipes can be tricky sometimes. Where are the images coming from? Have you seen this one yet? http://pipes.yahoo.com/pipes/pipe.info?_id=cvlreqAv3BGnitHFyzUFzw Try the "get as php" I know there are ninja's here that have played with the rss plugin in the past that have done this but not there yet :( I just convert my rss feeds into webpages. But subscribing to see what your answer to this will be

I see the feed. however the image is embedded in the content.

testing category icon in rss feed. 10:25pm

content:encoded have you tried that as your xml element?

@mysps I tried content:encoded and it puts a giant question mark in place of the thumbnails, Thanks. @sheri this particular pipe seems way too complex for me. The RSS originates from a Wordpress site. I had to alter some CSS and a plugin to get the category icons to appear in the rss feed. I thought once I had a good RSS feed, it would be easy.

wait so you want the rss from wordpress? If its your wordpress website you can add the following plugin for it to work WP RSS Images : http://web-argument.com/wp-rss-images-wordpress-plugin/ and use this as your xml element: media:content Be sure to click both check boxes in the settings for it to work

yes, I do have wp rss images. The tricky part is I'm also using Postie plugin, so posts can be made via email, and Category Icons Lite plugin, to automatically post a particular icon with a post. WP RSS works fine, until a post is made via email, then the thumbnail doesn't show up. The tweaks I made were to get the category icon to show up when a new post was made via email. So now it finally does show up in a RSS feed, but I can't get it to show up in the iOS app. If I could create the post in the Wordpress dashboard it would be fine. But posts needs to be emailed, (using the Postie plugin) and somehow that causes a conflict with wp rss images.
