Just starting to get my feet wet....

I have a client that owns a restaurant and is wanting me to build them an app. I'm hoping someone out there can help me with how to best create their food menu in the app. I've seen several ways on other app building programs but not sure how to do it with buzztouch. Any help or ideas would be greatly appreciated! Theresa

Hi @sxywebgirl, Welcome to buzztouch! I'm thinking a menu list with the selection names attached to HTML screens that have a picture, description, and price. From my perspective, it's important to include pictures of the food. Also...any allergen information in the description would be super helpful. Mark

Lots of stuff in the How-To section, and I've done a ton of videos that might help get you going as well: https://www.youtube.com/user/GoNorthWest/ Mark

Well, for Android, that would require an external app to view the PDF, which takes them out of your app. I think it would be better to stick with HTML, or even just a graphic. Trust me...the HTML isn't as hard as you might think, and there are tons of us here who can help. Mark

HTML is about as clean as you can get, and works seamlessly for both. You can also incorporate Javascript/jQuery/etc if needed, and that'll work on both as well. PDF/Word/Excel/PPT all require external apps on Android, but work in-app on iOS. Mark

One more reason why I don't like Android! If it weren't for that darn market share for mobile devices...
