Responsibility and liability?

Hi I'm not sure if this is the right place to post but I'm not allowed to post in the top forum. I don't know if anyone knows if creating a "how to" app like say a work out app with various exercises. What liability do you have.. If say someone does your exercise and pulls a muscle or injures them selfs in any way. Is this something to be concerned about when creating the app? Is it necessary to add some sort of disclaimer?

I would certainly add a disclaimer, just because you know there's one McDonald's coffee spilling litigating type person out there who might pull a finger muscle while tapping in your app! Seriously...if it involves health and fitness, I'd put a screen that says consult your doctor, these are for illustrative purposes, get a personal trainer, etc. I've never heard of anybody being sued for something like this, but at least you can say you warned them. Take a look at any major website that offers health and fitness tips, and you can probably get an idea what to write from there. Mark
