Rookie Mistake, Made Changes While Waiting for Review

As a rookie working on my first app I've made and learned much from my numerous mistakes. My latest is that I didn't realize that I shouldn't touch my app control panel after submitting it to Apple. Currently my app is waiting for review but in the meantime I made some changes for the Android version because at the time I didn't know this also changes what an Apple reviewer sees. Made a couple minor menu changes but also changes the application and project names. So at this point should I just wait since it's still "waiting for review" or should I reject the binary, re-download the source code, and resubmit?

Did you submit the app in "live" mode and did you publish?

Nevermind. Just got a notice that my app is now "In Review" so I'll find out here soon.

*hand slap* ;-) OK, so you've learned to not mess with your project while it's in the hands of the Apple Reviewers. Good deal! I tend to just leave it alone until it's published, just to make sure nothing accidentally happens that might influence the reviewers in a negative way. However...if your app has the configuration in Live mode, which it should, and you made changes in design mode and didn't hit Publish, then you should be good. The only content they'll see is whatever is configured in Live mode. Keep in mind, though, that if you published your app in Design mode, you'll need to submit an update to the store with the config file in Live mode. Otherwise, users (and reviewers) will see every change you made! Not a big deal....all part of the learning process! Mark

Thank you Mark, that helps and clears things up a bit in my head of the process. Unfortunately I got rejected again for reasons I will go into on the Rejections forum.
