Tab bar icons not showing for android app

This was through a new Buzztouch project. However- the bottom tab bar just shows the letters and not the icons. These are the same icons I used in the iPhone app. I changed their names to be eclipse friendly- i.e. 0001.png and included them in the assets/BT_docs folder in eclipse. Is that the right place for them? (when I tried in the res/drawable, errors popped up!) Or I wonder if android actually has tab bar icons? I don't have an android phone... There are two map PDFs- both of which open fine on my mac. On Android, one pops up with an error- corrupt or unsupported file format. It then opens, but only shows half the layers in the map, and not the annotations. Any ideas? Thanks.... Posts: 6316 Reg: Nov 07, 2012 Tamuning, GU 81,410	04/09/13 04:33 AM (12 years ago) They'll need to be added similar to those in iOS; added, not copied. res/drawable is the right place. If errors pop up, those will need to be fixed. Make sure the images don't start with a capital letter, or numeral. Android gets weird when that happens. gif files dont work so well, either I think. I had originally changed the file names to get rid of the capital letters. I hadn't realised Eclipse couldn't cope with numeral starting file names either! All OK now.. Thanks again. I tried it through an online PDF validator and it threw up lots of problems. I'll try to get hold of a better original. Funny that it opens OK in Mac Preview however...
