I'm assuming that your Hosting Service won't open the ports for Push Notifications? If that is true, you may want to switch to HostGator.com Many users have reported success with that hosting service. I cannot get the BT solution to work in 'Live' mode, which is a shame. I'm hoping this is a recognised bug and that David is aware, but don't know for sure.
