message at launch to accept or decline terms?

Hey everyone! I'm nearly done with this iOS app! but having an issue with something simple. I want to have a pop-up window that launches the first time the app is used (or possibly everytime the app is used) that displays the terms and conditions. They can either accept or decline. Simple as that. Might seem bizarre to have something like this for every launch but it is a skydiving app... Does anyone have a simple hack for this?

If I recall, the splash screen has a click to continue feature. If your disclaimer is converted to a graphic, maybe that could work?

You could make a main menu with a agree or disagree button., the agree takes you into the app.. The disagree takes you into a thank you page and goes nowhere

First question to answer is, what do you want to happen if they click "no"? Does the entire app become disabled? It's easy enough to create a popup - just place an alertview in the viewDidLoad method. Tricky part is writing the code to handle yes/no clicks. You can save the selection to the preferences file to make it only appear on the apps first load. Combine with an if/else to see if value previously exists. If this is way over your head, but still really important, I'd be happy to do some small for-hire work for you on the app

Don't forget you can put fake. Buttons in between ( color of your background or clear) to separate your options

The easiest is to add a splash screen .. Disclaimer image and in the splash settings set the Begin Transition..set it to -1 the screen will not transition until the image is tap..the user "agreeing" to your terms of use.
