Packaging Project Source Code Never Executes

Hello all, We have a self-hosted BT implementation. We have quite a few users, and all of a sudden two days ago, no one is able to generate iOS packages. When users click on 'Download Source Code' from the application screen, then on 'Prepare package for download' under iOS, the spinner just spins forever - no error or other warning. The one for Android works fine. Please any thoughts would be appreciated as users haven't been able to download iOS packages for days. I know there was a similar thread about 6 months ago, but I didn't see any resolutions. This is not a new install and has been consistently working for months before it all of a sudden stopped. Thank you.

Not sure if it's related, but I'm experiencing this problem right now. Was working a couple days ago. Weird.

Android works fine for me as well - just iOS that's having problems.

Definitely frustrating - I was hoping to start on a new plugin today. My normal approach is to load a basic plugin package into my self-hosted server then download the source code and start coding away. Guess I'll have to do it a different way...

I've noticed this has been reported a few times in the last couple of days. In one of the threads it says that bt are aware of the issue and are working on it.

Chris and arun_s, I may have jumped the gun a bit! I've just found a thread that I noticed the other day: https://www.buzztouch.com/forum/thread.php?tid=F621738CB0220E6E05316A8&currentPage=1 When I first noticed it there were only a couple of posts, but a lot of stuff has since been clarified... sorry to raise your hopes :(

Hopefully it's a temporary issue

I didn't have any problems packaging an iOS app just now on a self hosted CP. This may end up being a dead end, but you could try contacting your hosting provider. My CP is on shared hosting with liquidweb. In the past I have had BT php scripts trip the liquidweb firewalls. Completly locking up the processes I was trying to complete. I didn't know what was going on until I contated liquidweb and put a support ticket in. They identified the files and processes causing the trip, then whitelisted them on their system for me. No more problems.
