Want to make a new version of my app. What's the best way?

I have made an app. Currently being testing by a group of people. I want to try and change the Home screen from Image List to Button menu. To see how it looks. What is the best way to do this, as to not change the current test app? Rebuild the app with the changes as a new project? Suggestions?

Add that plugin screen and then link it to the nontabbed screen option in layout in the console. You can keep both. Only the one that you have linked will be used. -Shane

Hey Turfguy, I'm guessing you don't want the current group of testers to see your changes? If that's the case, then just change your configuration file in your test environment to either Live or Design, depending on what its set for the test group. That way, any changes you make won't be seen by anybody else. And when it's ready to publish, just make sure the config file is set back to Live. Easy peasy! Let me know if this doesn't quite make sense. Mark

Gonorthwest, I don't totally follow. The Config file doesn't show anything when clicking live mode. It just says "Live file does not exit". So it's currently in Desin mode?

Hey, on your control panel, you can decide whether to publish the changes made or not. When you install and app, on a device or simulator, if the config file, has the "currentMode": set to desgin, then all changes you make on the control panel will affect those devices. If its set to live, then only when you select publish on your control panel, will the changes be received by the devices. Setting it to live or design, has to be done manually in your xcode project, or eclipse. Cheers.
