On the dialog box that shows when you drag a document into Xcode did you tick the 'Copy items into destinations group's folder'? The control panel is just a way to keep collected all the media you will use...it's not required at all, and does not include those items in your download package. That all suggests to me that the screen isn't configured for the media item it's looking for. It's not finding the image locally (it should be in BT_Art\Gui, if it's a GUI element like a button image), and it's not finding it in cache. It also doesn't have a location from which to download it from, so it bails. If you reference images in an HTML file, the images should be in BT_Images, and you would reference them in the HTML like <img src="image.jpg">. No need for a path. Other media files should go in the appropriate location.
