app goes blank after scringo?

Over the past 2 weeks I've noticed something that has never happened before... I can run my app on my iPhone without any difficulties. It even runs fine for a day or two. But then, without doing anything differently, I'll go to open up my app and it will just show the back ground color and a blank navigation bar... that's it. Closing the app and reopening doesn't help. Even closing app down completely and reopening doesn't help. The only thing new I can think of in my app is scringo. I added the sdk when it went live, maybe 1.5 weeks ago. It's not what was included in BT this past weekend. I can't tell what version of scringo I have but believe it is up to date. I put the scringo code in the configureEnvironmentUsingAppData section of my appDelegate.m file as others have suggested without any change. Any ideas? Anyone else seeing this happen?? Josh

Funny, my Android apps do the same, with or without scringo. Never been able to nail it down but I've posted about it a couple of times with no success.. To clear it on android a user needs to go to the phone settings and either clear the app cache (which is bad if there's persistent data) or force close the app - which seems to work if I wait a while before re-opening the app. Does Apple have similar features for clearing data?

I've never had problems with my iOS apps before. I don't think you can clear the cache but you close it completely so it's not running in the background. Doesn't help. I just downloaded scringo again and reinstalled it... their website looks like they may have had a recent update for "minor bugs" but there's no dates on there for releases so have no idea. We'll see.

Hello muztzy, I have the same problem. I've just downloaded one of my apps' code for an update and the app no longer work properly in iOS 5 and 4. There is only a blank screen with a blank navigation bar. I see that Buzztouch has added the Scringo folder automatically to my project and I wonder if that is the reason of this fail. I'm not even using Scringo in my app. Have you finally discovered what is wrong with your app? Thanks

For whatever reason my problem takes a day or two to appear. When I first install it everything works fine. I'll open it, use it then close it multiple times. Then eventually when I open it everything is blank. I just added newer scringo (at least I think it's newer), well see what happens.

Hi!. I solved the problem with the "layout" option in BT panel. I set other screen as home screen, then saved and then, set again the former home screen and save again. That solved my problem. So that had nothing to do with Scringo. Thanks
