Error message

While testing on an Android device, when I click on a pdf document, I receive the following error message, "The document is empty. Size 0KB" This is only happening with certain pdf documents while others are opening correctly using Adobe Reader. My source documents are all there so I can't figure out what's going on. Any advice? Judy

Hi Judy, I'd verify that you can open up the documents on your PC as well, just to make sure they're good. If they are, then I'd copy them over to the project again, just to make sure nothing got corrupted. Mark

Also make sure the documents are 'added' to the project, no merely 'copied'. GoNorthWest made an excellent tutorial on it (and other things)... http://www.buzztouch.com/files/howtos/Adding_Files_To_A_Project_v1.0.pdf Hope this helps! Cheers! -- Smug

It made an App with over 1,000 PDFs on it, I used GoNorthWests tutorial. Made it super easy. Only thing I wish I knew in hindsight, If you are self hosted you can increase the size of uploaded files, If you are using BT servers you are restricted to 8mb. -Nick

I've tried everything suggested above and still doesn't work on a live device. Works on the iOS, though....really strange.
