Scringo App Id's

Hi gang, Because your control panel's don't have a place for you to enter your Scringo App Id (yet), you'll need to enter it manually after downloading your source code. Most of your realize this, many do not. Do this in iOS in the app's delegate file. Look for "YOUR-SCRINGO-APP-ID" and enter your actual Scringo app id ( you get that from the Scringo website). We'll be allowing this from Core Settings when the first round of gotcha's are worked out.

Hey David, TOTALLY off subject, but I would like to allow my BT_Server to upload .gif files. Right now I get this message: http://content.screencast.com/users/calebjj/folders/Jing/media/32882565-f39d-41fb-96b0-316f89686a69/00000043.png Please let me know how I can force the server to allow the file type. In the meantime, I'll try and see if I can figure it out myself. -tM

@rad doc - it is compiled in the source code.. David mentions above you have to add your id manually "Because your control panel's don't have a place for you to enter your Scringo App Id (yet), you'll need to enter it manually after downloading your source code. Most of your realize this, many do not. Do this in iOS in the app's delegate file. Look for "YOUR-SCRINGO-APP-ID" and enter your actual Scringo app id ( you get that from the Scringo website). @ LA I don't see anything in my android manifest or jar file or properties that reflect the scringo has been added. If you have it can you email me a downloaded folder so I can see where its at. I just don't think My BT dashboard has it. Dependancies should show the added scringo, twitter, facebook jars but that is from an earlier install direct from scringo. I don't know how David is working with these scringo sdk. I am only working with android does anyone know. I am sure it will be obvious it must not be installed yet Joe

@Bodacious Media, Unless I'm reading David @buzztouch message here wrong, the Scringo for Android hasn't been released yet. Looks like just IOS for now. LA

@jvalley, Not positive for IOS but put your id like David @buzztouch explained above. I believe you need to go to the Scringo site to manage it there but again, not positive. LA

@jvalley, On the Scringo site, there is documentation for Android, but I don't believe buzztouch has rolled it out for Android. Has it been rolled out for Android yet? LA
