Adding a simple database to App

Hi, is there anyone that can point me in the right direction of getting a simple database into my App? Regards, mishgolf

Hi @mishgolf, I wrote up a tutorial that covers how to get device location information into a mySQL database that is hosted on a web server. Here it is: https://www.buzztouch.com/files/howtos/Posting_Current_Location_to_a_Database_v1.0.pdf If you're looking to write to a database on the device itself, that's a much more advanced topic that I don't think anybody has cracked yet. It's possible, but would require modification of the current code. Mark

As Mark mentioned, currently it's pretty much a php script that you would have to host in a location that allows php, your SQL database that you will need to create and have hosted. Above and beyond the most helpful document mentioned above, there's a plethora of google help for php scripts.
