Hi Gang, Susan has been working with all the Plugin Developers and we're excited to announce that we have introduced a new pricing structure for Plugins. Each plugin will show a Guest Price and a Member Price. These prices are being updated as we speak and all the updates should be done by Monday AM. In most cases Member Prices have been reduced slightly, some are FREE now (that were not free before). In most cases Guest Prices have been bumped up a bit. The logic...our intention is to encourage Plugin Developers to help Buzztouch Members in a more meaningful way (lower priced plugins). Guests can continue to take advantage of the Plugin Market. Guests prices have been increased slightly for a few reasons. a) To reduce the support-effort for the Plugin Developer. Increased prices for Guests will likely cause a reduction in volume for non-members. This is expected and by design. b) To encourage Guests to become Members. This is obvious. Because Plugin Developers set the prices you see in the market it may take some time for each of them to figure out what's best as it related to their offerings. We will help them through this process and look forward to seeing more and more cool plugins for Guests and Members.

I think this is a great idea, although I wish it was a few weeks ago as I just spent about $40 buying more plugins, lol! I think this idea should be extended to the forum and would be ideal for members to have a separate forum again this may or may not get more guest to sign up.

This is a superb idea. It really makes the membership a better idea for guests as they could ultimately save a lot of money eventually! Great idea folks.

Am I the only one who thought this was an April Fool joke? haha - I've gotten in the habit of not believing anything I read anywhere on April 1st :P In retrospect, I guess it wouldn't have been a very funny one because this actually is a great idea

Nice, i have a suggestion. Maybe the market could have categories, or a search. Maybe a (whats new) section, because it would be easier for us to find what we need, and so plugin developers who made great plugins a while back aren't stuffed into the bottom pit of loneliness...

Agreed that as the market grows it will need sorting and searching options. But one advantage the current setup has is it encourages developers to update their plugins, as that would push them up to the top

Haven't been on BT in a while. I see lots of positive changes. Great stuff and keep evolving :)
