Form and in app data collection

I am trying to get an understanding as to what BT can do and can't do. I want to have a form, then have that form compile the data within the app. Then the end user could export that dat out to an excel file. I am using Google forms right now. It works alright. But, with google forms the form is very specific to the end user and only they could us the app. If I want to say sell the app in the app store or to individuals the app and its forms would have to be rebuild for every user. Otherwise using the google form in the app all the users of the app would be imputing data into the same spreadsheet. I don't want that. The idea would be that many users would use the form, but each user would only want to see their data. I know Jot Forms is another entry option into google docs. However, a Jot form would have to be made for every form and every user to keep the data separate. Unless I am missing something? Is BT capable of this? Thank you for your input

Well, although slightly erroneous, you might consider BT an 'App Lego' situation... Most of the grunt work for a lot of housekeeping code in iOS and Android is done for you... So, versus starting an App from scratch, Buzztouch gets you miles ahead of where a beginner would normally be. One of the features of Buzztouch are the plugins. With very little experience (and in a lot of situations *no* experience) you can add features into your app by just 'adding' the plugin, and connecting it to your menus. However, not 'everything' is available in a plugin (yet). In these cases, folks either create their own, or modify an existing plugin to suit their needs. In 'your' situation, depending on your skill level, you could use an HTML plugin, and then design an HTML form on whatever editor you enjoy, and 'load' your HTML Page in the plugin. Along with all else, you can either connect all this to an internet server running PHP/MySQL or something, or you can create the code within the App itself. The beauty of Buzztouch is it's flexibility. The confusing thing about Buzztouch is it's flexibility. If you have questions, comments, or what have you about building your app, don't be shy; someone has almost certainly done something similar and can help you. Cheers! -- Smug
