Android SDK something's missing

I'm using the guide by GoNorthWest (buzztouch for android a users guide) to set up everything but when i open the android SDK I only have the option to install the tools and not Android 3.0, Android 3.1, etc. Does anyone have a solution?

Hi @Kyle12, Try a restart on Eclipse then try to install the Google API's 3.0, 3.1 through the Android SDK Manager. LA
