Thanks Chris - didnt realise you cant review from promo codes, makes sense though. This was actually a non BT project. I mix between the two. BT can really help with creating some apps very quickly and i'm using it for a client app in which the plugins fit well. Naturally, the plugins have limitations so if I want to try something different I hard code. This took me a week or so, BT apps never take neally that length of time. I coded mainly soundboards and wallpaper apps before finding BT. Sales were reasonable for the first day but I need to hit top 300 US entertainment chart - always the aim, top 300 of US catagory chart :) Any further feedback much appreciated.

Thanks for the insights Alex. Any tips on how to go about marketing apps? Or do you just upload them and hope for the best? So far most of my apps have been for clients, so I haven't had to worry about marketing or sales. But my latest app could benefit from exposure in that way for sure.

Twitter and Facebook! Sound basic but tends to work. I also add links from my other apps. I hit twitter hard at first for few days, then cool off for a short while, then a steady stream.
