Questions about images & text in HTML

Hi! I have 3 questions: 1: Testing on my iphone I can see the images are not in such a great quality (unsharp, mostly), while in the simulator it looked good. How come? 2: When you tap the image and hold it, there's the option to copy the image. How can I avoid that? 3: When using numbers (for example "9 to 7 months") in the text, that's highlighted like it's an event. How can that be solved? Thanks so much!

PS Regarding question 1 & 2: The images are IN the HTML, not as a background.

PS2 Regarding question 1: I scaled the image to be a perfect fit inside the screen (305 x 153 px). I'm guessing the image has to be bigger, but then the right side will fall off the screen. Is there a way to scale the image back to the width of the screen, and that way have a better quality? Tried to use a background, but then the text will fall over the image, and that's not what I want.

As far as some of your questions: Go to "Document Behavior" and then adjust the settings accordingly. The question about the image is probably due to the iOS device being Retina and the computer not. You will want to include images at a doubled resolution with the file name of @2x. Jake

So, now I added the @2x-files in the HTML and it works: <img src="[email protected]" width="305" height="153"> Do I need to add the normal files too? If yes, how should the code look like?

For most things iOS, Yes, but for HTML, no. Do you have a non-retina device? (iPad 1, 2, Mini, iPhone 3GS?) Jake
