Modify search plugin to search entire project including html files

One complaint I often get on my apps is that the search is too limited... it would be great if it could somehow search the entire project and list screens where that data is found. My apps are mostly html screens so I imagine this is doable. I've seen non-BT apps do this. I tried adapting it on my own to look for "tags" add then added tag keywords to each screen's JSON data but it ended up being too much of a pain in the $#%! If only all child items were in the config.txt file... I've been putting off doing a similar plugin, but I've been faced with pretty much the same problems... I'm not sure where 'all' of my data will be coming from, so until then, I'm sort of drifting. When I'm further into this project I'll have a better handle on 'how' I'll present my data, and then I can figure out how to search through it. But until then, I'm in the same boat. His BTA Design Menu plugin has built in search and it searches everything, including child-items. It's very robust and works great. Plus, Danny's a great chap! What I'm looking to do is search the entire app. So, for example, if the word "buzztouch" appeared in an html file somewhere but not in the JSON data, then that screen would still come up when I searched for Buzztouch. And I've never used the design menu plugin but I was under the impression it just searched within the files associated with that plugin... right?
