Old school doctrine had it sort of like major-minor-bugfix as far as software version numbering went, but when MS started doing crap like 'Office 97' rather than the next major release number, all that went out the window. moving from 6.1.2 to 6.1.3 is just a bug fix, and has no bearing on any code functionality (other than curing a couple of hiccups somewhere) But I'd still like to read the docs, whenever they find time to publish them.
