But, it does not take up very much space. Why would you delete it (If you get no errors by leaving it)? Jake

Why post your screenshots on some weird website which asks you to download the image inorder to view it... that too after filling the captcha code...??? I did not go through that process to see what the screenshots show... But anyways i know what can fix your errors... First and foremost thing is that do not delete any class files unless you know what you are dealing with. Simply deleting class files from source folder does not help you further have to delete the reference of that activity from manifest file as well... In any case i would not recommend anyone to delete the maps class file or any other file in that case from bt source code. Deleting the maps class file just because you do not need is not solution for what your needs are. If you want to remove the dependancy of maps from bt apps then i would suggest you to follow the tutorial made by Mark. Simply deleting class file does not fix this issue, it has to be done more than that which you will find in his tutorial... Now to fix your problem all you have to do is compile the app to Google API level 8 instead of Android API. Right click the project file then choose the properties---> android---> then choose the GOOGLE API LEVEL 8 (or anything higher than 8) instead of ANDROID API... This should fix your problem. And one more thing... the item class file is most important file in bt apps so do not delete it... Since you have already deleted most important class files from your app, i would recommend you to redownload the project file form control panel and then again compile the app... In case you still get some error then, pm me or send me mail tomorrow at - sandeepkurne (at) gmail (dot) com.

@akshay- check your mail i have replied you. @suvinay- yes little brother, even i remember that but also remember one more thing which is very important... never forget basic things... like bt apps have google maps integrated in it so, always use google api instead of android api..
