Menu Simply Alignment on Android

We are using the menu simple on our android app and would like to dock it in the center of the screen. If that's not possible, we were simply going to use the "List Header Height" field to push it away from the top of the screen. Unfortunately, putting a number in the "list header height" field seems to have no effect on this menu. Any ideas?

See, that's what you get for putting 'Apple Fan' on your moniker... Android knows.... Be very careful. And remember, 'I' haven't done this, so I'm just guessing... Save a copy of the original file 'just in case'. On line 32 of your 'screen_menulistsimple.xml' is the beginning of your menu list. Try adding this and see how that works: android:layout_marginTop="15dip" (it might end up being 15 dp or sp too...) Make sure it's in the (second) 'linear layout' area, not the list view.
