Keystore selection

I'm running into a snag when it come to the keystore selection. Right now mine is set to the debugging default C:UsersUSMarines.androiddebug.keystore. What do I need to change to upload the apk file to the google play store?

I think GoNorthWest did a tutorial on this, either print or video; worth investigating. Regardless of mac or pc, what you're going to need to do is create a 'release' keystore. This will be a keystore (place to hold app keys) for your 'release' versions of your app. You'll need to create the keystore, and after that, you'll need to create a release 'key' for the app you want to publish. This key will be held 'inside' the release keystore file. This is all very similar to the debug key, but used solely for releases. For specific instructions, hunt down GoNorthWests tutorials. If I can find it, I'll post the links. Cheers! -- Smug Edit: You'll want this regardless: http://keytool.sourceforge.net/ You didn't mention if you were mac or pc... http://www.buzztouch.com/files/howtos/Compiling_Your_Android_Application_v1.0.pdf http://www.buzztouch.com/files/howtos/Signing_Android_Apps_v1.0.pdf Good Luck!
