Can anyone tell me how to change my app from debugging mode to live mode before exporting the apk file? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

Click on JSON option in control panel of the app, then copy the entire JSON text into the file BT_config.txt in subfolder assets of your app. (Use Eclipse to open BT_config.txt and paste the text into it.) Insert the line "currentMode":"Live", into the file so that it looks like: "version":"2.0", "currentMode":"Live", "startLocationUpdates":"0", Save the file. Back into the panel, click on Publish and change the version number, then click on publish button once again. You should now see green dot next to the Publish option in the app main menu. That's it. However, for some time, the JSON that you would have downloaded to Eclipse used to contain a line such as "currentMode":"Live", or "currentMode":"Design", but since then that line disapperad and we have to insert it manually. To make matter worse, the image that you see in the Publish menu shows that line, while you won't find it in the dowloaded text of JSON. That is probably why you are confused. Please bear in mind that this is just one of many manual steps that you have to perform after you claim that you Android app is finished "in the cloud".

In the android manifest xml file you'll see an entry something like androidDebuggable="true", change it to false.
