If you contact them and say you've had one in review for 4 days it usually goes into a reviewed state pretty quickly after. Comments Its not unheard of, happened to me a few times. But then after checking the status of the app on ITunes Connect it actually still showed Waiting For Review. iTunes connect mobile passed a In Review push notification in error days before.
