Push Notification Message Box

Has anyone setup, in an android app, a way to store push notifications within the app yet? As of right now, when a PN is sent out to people who have the app, it just shows up in the notifications screen. And when they select it, it just goes to the homepage of the app. I know there is a way to code a push notification folder, or a 'messages' folder within the app. So once a user pushes the pn in the notifications section, they would be taken to the "messages" section within the app. Please help me.

Appoxee has rich notifications and an inbox. I got it working on iOS but not on Android. That was before the official BT push notifications, so that may be easier to implement now that the GCM library and the manifest file has all the requirements? Just a thought ... BTW The whole appoxee site has been redone with new plans etc recently so you'd have to check them out.

Yeah! If anyone can install it, please let us know if it works as it should: https://appoxee-wiki.atlassian.net/wiki/display/DEV/Android+SDK Thanks ictguy for the info! :)

Let me know if you get it going ... I'm certainly interested but haven't got the time to invest just at the moment :( All the best with it :)
