scringo + downloadappdata BUG

hello guys. i can't make scringo work and i think it's because of the downloadappdata method my app is refreshing automatically when it opens. I've tested the swipe and the button code to make scringo appear but it didn't work. I also included the code for test mode. I have seen a forum thread post similar to what i am experiencing. here is the link: http://bit.ly/XbVHxY is there anyone here who has an idea on how to fix this?

I've noticed this too - not much of an issue for me since I usually disable refresh in my apps, but I'm still interested to know if there is a fix for it

Hi awesomatt, I have just installed Scringo and I also have the auto refresh (all is OK now). I couldn't get it to work so I contacted Scringo and they helped me. Are you sure that you are running the latest version? You can look it up on the console's log and searching for the line "Scringo - ... Starting Scringo 2.0.16" If you currently have a different number (than 2.0.16), then you are not running the latest version. Also, have you been checking Scringo's documentation? The tutorial in BT's How To's section might be a bit out of date since they changed a few things recently. Hope it helps. Farcat

@Farcat, I have version 2.0.18 of the SDK integrated in my app and I have closely followed every word of the documentation on the website, and I am still having this issue... where exactly do you call this line? - //Start Scringo Session [ScringoAgent startSession:@"xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx" locationManager:nil];

Hi @Absentia, It should be right after this line: //app parsed it's configuration data Also, an error I made was to include the Scringo sample folder, once removed all was good. Hope it helps, Farcat

Thanks! Pasting the code there fixed the issue with Scringo freezing. Unfortunately I'm still having another random issue caused by app refresh that cause two badge to show - you can see what I'm talking about in this screen - http://www.pixobit.com/wp-content/uploads/2013/03/iOS-Simulator-Screen-shot-Mar-20-2013-6.12.59-PM.png

No problem, glad I could help. DO you mean the two icons at the top or the two number on the Scringo icon?
