App Store Submission

I couldn't be happier with BuzzTouch. I completed my app in only 2 days, it looks and reacts awesomely, and I thank the people on these forums that helped me along. There's one major problem though. It seems that submitting the app to the apple app store isn't as easy as i thought it would be. I spent hours last night just trying to figure it out and failed miserably. Is there an easily understandable Tutorial or walk through here on buzztouch or somewhere online that can help me through this process.

No matter how many times you do it, it's always more complicated and nerve-wracking than it needs to be! Check out this tutorial (from the "How To's", in the menu above) for a step-by-step guide: http://www.buzztouch.com/files/howtos/Submitting_Your_App_To_iTunes_Connect_v1.0.pdf Good luck! You'll get there, I'm sure. It's just a super tedious process. Andy

Thanks Andy. And yeah it is tedious and frustrating. Got my app all done, I'm all excited then BAM! Brick wall that is the App Store submission process. Thanks for the link though, I'll check it out at lunch time and see if it helps.

Same thing happened to me the first time I tried to submit to the app. Was trying to do it on the same day I was leaving for vacation...ultimately it never happened. The hardest part is getting your distribution certificates in place. After that, everything else is cake. Let us know if you run into any further problems! Mark

Thanks mark, gonna try again tonight. Have a couple events that my company is hosting coming up, so I would love to get it all situated and up as soon as I can to start announcing it. So I hope it goes better tonight.

Was looking online and found this extremely straight forward and understandable with the whole process from beginning to end. It's really helping me understand it all. So I figured I'd share with you guys to hopefully help others with the same issue. http://www.raywenderlich.com/8003/how-to-submit-your-app-to-apple-from-no-account-to-app-store-part-1
